Do you need a tasty kid’s drink for a birthday party? Or a hit for your next sleepover? Or how about, just an idea for a fun night at home with the little ones? I’ve got you covered! Try this Cotton Candy Delight drink! The first time I made this fun concoction was for my kids’ New Year’s Eve party and it was a big hit with kids and adults alike. What makes this drink so fun, you ask? It’s a yummy science project! This party favorite goes over a lot like an experiment. Pour in the ingredients and then watch the action. The kids wow over the fizzy eruption!
What You Need:
- One 12 oz bag of Fluffy Stuff Cotton Candy or 2.5 oz bags for a lesser amount
- One 2 Liter bottle of Ginger Ale or Tonic Water. (If you’re like me and hesitate to allow young children to consume soda or high levels of sugar, you can ditch the Ginger Ale for Tonic Water).
- Clear cups
- Add about 1/2 cup of cotton candy to a clear cup, or more if you have a larger cup
- Pour the Ginger Ale over the cotton candy to the cup’s midway point to prevent overflow. As the the fizz reduces, continue to pour your desired amount
